본 이용약관은 Ripen 앱(이하 "앱") 사용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주합니다.
앱은 개인적, 비상업적 용도로만 사용할 수 있습니다. 앱을 역공학, 복제, 배포하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
Ripen Pro는 집중 슬롯 5개, 모아보기 5장, 위젯·잠금화면에서 태스크 완료, 기기 간 동기화, 자동 클라우드 백업을 제공합니다. 다음 플랜 중 선택할 수 있습니다.
가격은 앱 내 구매 화면과 App Store에 표시되며, 국가와 통화에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
월간·연간 구독에는 1주일 무료 체험이 제공됩니다. 체험은 해당 구독 그룹에서 이전에 체험 또는 프로모션 혜택을 사용하지 않은 사용자에게만 1회 제공됩니다. 체험 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 구독이 자동으로 시작되고 선택한 플랜의 요금이 청구됩니다. 체험 기간 중 구독을 구매하면 남은 체험 기간은 소멸됩니다.
구독은 현재 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신되며, 해당 시점에 Apple 계정으로 요금이 청구됩니다. 갱신 시에는 동일한 기간과 요금이 적용됩니다(가격이 변경되는 경우 Apple을 통해 사전에 고지됩니다).
구독은 언제든지 기기의 설정 → Apple 계정 → 구독에서 관리하거나 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지는 현재 결제 기간이 끝난 시점부터 적용되며, 그때까지는 Pro 기능을 계속 사용할 수 있습니다. 월간과 연간은 같은 구독 그룹에 속하므로 서로 변경할 수 있으며, 차액은 Apple이 정산합니다. 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다.
모든 결제는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리되며 Apple의 약관과 환불 정책이 적용됩니다. 환불은 reportaproblem.apple.com에서 신청할 수 있습니다. 기기를 변경하거나 앱을 재설치한 경우, 앱 내 "구매 복원" 기능으로 구매 내역을 복원할 수 있습니다.
평생 이용권을 보유한 경우 모든 Pro 기능이 영구적으로 제공되므로 별도의 구독이 필요하지 않습니다.
Google AdMob을 통한 광고가 표시됩니다. 모든 사용자는 광고 시청을 통해 쉴드, 휴식 등의 게임 아이템을 획득할 수 있습니다.
앱에 입력한 데이터는 기기에 로컬로 저장됩니다. 기기 초기화, 앱 삭제 등으로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 중요한 데이터는 정기적으로 백업하시기 바랍니다.
앱의 기능은 사전 고지 없이 변경되거나 중단될 수 있습니다.
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 특정 목적에의 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다. 앱 사용으로 인한 직접적·간접적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 업데이트됩니다. 변경 후 계속 앱을 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

These Terms of Use apply to the Ripen app ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is for personal, non-commercial use only. Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing the App is prohibited.
Ripen Pro unlocks 5 focus slots, 5 overview pages, completing tasks from widgets and the Lock Screen, sync across devices, and automatic cloud backup. It is offered in the following plans:
Prices are shown on the purchase screen in the App and on the App Store, and vary by country and currency.
A 1-week free trial is available for the monthly and yearly subscriptions. The trial is offered once, to users who have not previously used a trial or introductory offer in the same subscription group. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and the price of the selected plan is charged. If you purchase a subscription during a free trial, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged at that time. Renewals use the same period and price (any price change is communicated in advance through Apple).
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro features until then. Monthly and Yearly belong to the same subscription group, so you can switch between them and Apple prorates the difference. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policy. Refunds can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you change devices or reinstall the App, use "Restore Purchases" in the App to restore what you bought.
Lifetime includes all Pro features permanently, so no subscription is needed if you own it.
Ads are served via Google AdMob. All users may watch ads to earn in-game items such as shields and rests.
Data entered in the App is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device resets, app deletion, or other factors. Please back up important data regularly.
App features may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
These terms may be updated. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

本利用規約は、Ripen アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）のご利用に適用されます。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、個人的かつ非商業的な目的でのみご利用いただけます。本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、複製、配布は禁止します。
Ripen Pro では、フォーカス枠 5 個、一覧ページ 5 枚、ウィジェットやロック画面からのタスク完了、デバイス間の同期、自動クラウドバックアップをご利用いただけます。以下のプランから選択できます。
価格はアプリ内の購入画面および App Store に表示され、国や通貨によって異なります。
月額・年間のサブスクリプションには 1 週間の無料トライアルがあります。トライアルは、同じサブスクリプショングループでトライアルまたは各種オファーを利用したことがない方に 1 回のみ提供されます。トライアル終了の 24 時間前までに解約しない場合、サブスクリプションが自動的に開始され、選択したプランの料金が請求されます。トライアル期間中にサブスクリプションを購入した場合、残りのトライアル期間は失効します。
サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終了する 24 時間前までに解約しない限り自動的に更新され、その時点で Apple アカウントに料金が請求されます。更新時は同じ期間・同じ料金が適用されます（価格が変更される場合は Apple を通じて事前に通知されます）。
サブスクリプションは、いつでも端末の「設定」→「Apple アカウント」→「サブスクリプション」から管理・解約できます。解約は現在の請求期間の終了時から有効となり、それまでは Pro の機能をご利用いただけます。月額と年間は同じサブスクリプショングループに属するため相互に変更でき、差額は Apple が調整します。アプリを削除してもサブスクリプションは解約されません。
すべての決済は Apple App Store を通じて処理され、Apple の利用規約および返金ポリシーが適用されます。返金は reportaproblem.apple.com からお申し込みください。端末の変更やアプリの再インストールを行った場合は、アプリ内の「購入の復元」から購入内容を復元できます。
買い切りをご購入の場合、すべての Pro 機能が永続的に利用できるため、サブスクリプションは不要です。
Google AdMob による広告が表示されます。すべてのユーザーは、広告を視聴することでシールドや休息などのアイテムを獲得できます。
本アプリに入力したデータは端末内に保存されます。端末の初期化やアプリの削除などによるデータの消失について、当方は責任を負いません。重要なデータは定期的にバックアップしてください。
本アプリの機能は、事前の予告なく変更または終了する場合があります。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用により生じた直接的・間接的な損害について、当方は責任を負いません。
本規約は変更されることがあります。変更した場合は本ページを更新します。変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
